Your network is the most valuable asset you own. It's also the most under-monetized.
Free favors.
You've opened doors worth millions and been paid in thank-you notes. Goodwill doesn't compound.
Single-threaded income.
One role, one comp plan, one ceiling. Your relationships are worth more than any single employer can pay.
Zero visibility.
Handshake referral fees get promised in January and forgotten by Q3. If you can't see it tracked, you were never going to get paid.
Prism exists to fix all three: your introduction is Prism Protected before you make it, your deal is run by operators, and your money shows up on a date.
What is Prism Pro Partners?
Prism Pro Partners is a revenue engine for experienced connectors. You make warm introductions to business owners and decision-makers you already know. Prism's operators run the pitch, the proposal, the contract, delivery, billing, and collections. Every account you register is Prism Protected — timestamped, conflict-checked, and locked to you — and every dollar is visible in your partner ledger.
Who is it for?
People whose name gets a call returned: sales leaders, advisors, brokers, consultants, practice-management professionals, former athletes with deep hometown networks, and operators who have spent years building relationships with owners and executives. You need reach, not a résumé.
The test is simple. Can you text this person right now and get an answer? That's a relationship. If you'd have to reintroduce yourself, remind them who you are, or go through someone else to reach them, that's a lead — and leads don't work here.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No fee to apply, no fee to join, no inventory, no starter package, no monthly minimum. You sign a written agreement per vertical before you make your first introduction, and it spells out how and when you're paid.
From introduction to income, in four moves.
- 01
Qualify
Apply. We review for relationship depth and reach, not résumés. A person reviews every application within 24 hours.
- 02
Map
A one-on-one session maps your network against live demand across the Prism portfolio. You choose which doors you're willing to open. You leave with a one-pager per vertical, a demo line you can text to a prospect, and access to the partner platform.
- 03
Activate,
Register the contact first. The moment you do, the account is Prism Protected: timestamped to you, conflict-checked across every partner, and locked so nobody else can claim it. Then make the introduction. Our operators run everything after the handshake: pitch, proposal, contract, delivery.
- 04
Track
Every introduction becomes a ledger entry. Watch stage, value, and payout date in your partner dashboard in real time. Payouts run on a fixed monthly date.

- No cold calls. You only open doors you already have.

New verticals open to active partners first.
We talk to principals, not brokers or representatives.
Nobody pays to participate — not partners, not you.
The product has to run on Prism's deal desk, contracts, and billing.
The account is yours. Here's the proof.
Prism Protected means the account is yours. The moment you register a contact, Prism timestamps the introduction, runs a conflict check across every partner, and locks the account to you. No other partner can claim it, and it carries the Prism Protected mark in your dashboard from that moment on.
Prism Protected guarantees attribution, not outcome. It is the record of who made the introduction — not a promise the deal closes.
A timestamp the moment you click. Not when the deal closes, not when someone remembers.
A conflict check across every Prism partner. If the account is already someone's, you know before you spend a favor.
Yours. No other partner can register or claim it. The mark stays on the account in your dashboard.
You open the door. We run everything behind it.
Two of the seven verticals are products Prism operates outright. The rest run on Prism's deal desk, contracts, and billing. Either way, the partner never touches delivery.
Prism is an operating company, not a rolodex swap. Every deal is executed by our team, on our infrastructure, under written agreements.

Why Prism exists.
I spent seventeen years as a CIO, including five inside a publicly held company. Over that time I watched the same thing happen in every industry I touched: the person who opened the door got a thank-you note, and the person who walked through it got the contract.
Connectors are the most under-paid people in business. Not because their relationships aren't valuable — everyone agrees they are — but because nobody built the infrastructure to pay them reliably. A handshake in January is forgotten by March. A referral fee promised on a call has no ledger behind it. So the introduction becomes a favor, and favors don't compound.
Prism is the thing I wished existed. Your introduction is Prism Protected before you make it. The deal is run by operators, not by you. The money is tracked in a ledger you can open any time, and it lands on a date. That's the whole idea: treat the relationship like the asset it is, and pay it like one.
If your name gets a call returned, apply. A person reads every application.
Builds the platform and the operating model.
Runs the deal desk and partner onboarding.
“Transparency is the fastest way to build trust with a sales team. When people can see their money growing in real time, they stop questioning the process — and start hunting.”
What is your network actually worth?
Example rate. Your rate is set in your partner agreement — move the slider to model scenarios.
Illustrative model — not a guarantee or promise of earnings. Actual results depend on deal size, close rates, retention, and partner agreement terms.
Built for a specific kind of operator.
Prism is for you if
- You carry 10–15+ years of relationship capital in at least one industry.
- You can text owners and C-suite decision-makers and get a reply — no scripts, no reintroductions.
- Your name opens doors your title never could.
- You want ownership economics, not another W-2.
It isn't for
- — Cold-list marketers and lead brokers.
- — Job seekers looking for a base salary.
- — Anyone who'd spam their contacts to make a number.
We accept a limited number of partners per vertical to protect deal quality — when a seat is filled, it's filled.
Questions worth answering.
Is this a job?
No. Prism partners are independent. There's no salary, no schedule, and no quota. You choose which introductions to make and when. Compensation is tied to the business that follows your introductions, under a written agreement.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no application fee, membership fee, inventory, starter package, or monthly minimum. If anyone ever asks you to pay to participate, it isn't Prism.
Who pays Prism?
Not you, ever. Prism earns from the products it operates and from the companies in its portfolio when a deal closes and the customer pays. Partners are never Prism's customer — there's nothing to buy and no fee at any stage. If a referral program makes its money from its members, that tells you where its revenue comes from. Prism's comes from customers.
Is this an MLM or a recruiting scheme?
No. Prism is single-tier. You're paid on the business your own introductions produce. There's no downline, no recruiting bonus, and no compensation for signing up other partners.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction and, if you want, join the first call for ninety seconds to hand it off. Prism's operators run the presentation, proposal, contract, onboarding, delivery, billing, and collections.
How much time does it take?
As much as you choose. Most partners spend a few hours a month: registering a contact, sending an introduction, and checking the ledger. There's no minimum activity. You can also apply, get accepted, and register nothing for six months if that's your pace. No quota, no deadline, and nobody chasing you. Many partners make their first introduction when the right conversation comes up, not before.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated on paid invoices and paid out on a fixed monthly schedule. Your partner dashboard shows every deal's stage, value, your share, and its payout date. Rates and terms are set in your partner agreement before your first introduction.
What if Prism already knows my contact?
Registration runs a conflict check before you reach out. If the contact is already Prism Protected under another partner, you'll know immediately and can move on. If it isn't, the account becomes Prism Protected under you — timestamped, checked, and locked. First to register wins, and a Prism Protected account can't be claimed by anyone else.
What does "Prism Protected" mean?
It means the account is yours. The moment you register a contact, Prism timestamps the introduction, runs a conflict check across every partner, and locks the account to you. It shows as a Prism Protected mark next to the account in your dashboard. Prism Protected guarantees attribution — who made the introduction — not the outcome of the deal.
Is my involvement confidential?
Yes. Prism never contacts your network without your approval, never lists partners publicly without consent, and never shares your pipeline with other partners.
Which verticals are live?
Seven: DentalTalk AI, PropertyTalk AI, Medical Supply & Distribution, Longevity Medicine, AI Revenue Cycle Management, Regenerative Medicine & Lab Sciences, and High-Profile Digital Platforms. You sign a short agreement per vertical, so you only participate in the ones you choose.
How are the verticals Prism doesn't operate vetted?
Before a third-party vertical goes live, Prism reviews the company's entity registration and corporate documents, the backgrounds of its leadership, and its financial standing. For healthcare-adjacent verticals we also check the federal exclusion and enforcement records that matter: the OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities, the SAM.gov exclusion database, and FDA warning-letter and enforcement records. A vertical that fails any of those doesn't open, and partners are never asked to introduce anyone to it.
What happens after I apply?
A person reviews your application within 24 hours. If it's a fit, you'll get a link to book your mapping session. After that session you'll have platform access, your first vertical agreement to review, and everything you need to register your first contact.
Your network already did the hard part.
Give it an engine. The application takes about two minutes and is reviewed within 24 hours.
Limited partner seats per vertical.
